Administration on Facebook and Myspace. Is it cool?

Its been discovered that some administrative figures here at the College have created accounts on popular community programs such as Myspace and Facebook. While its perfectly in their legal right to have accounts, do you think its alright that they use this avenue as another way to catch students violating school rules?
